There’s a heavy mist as we get ready for departure. We’re off early to avoid the rain and stronger Northerly wind forecast later. Satellite leaves at the same time. The wind is going to be pretty much on the nose throughout, so we keep motoring. There’s a plenty of shipping again. By the time we’re near them, visibility has greatly improved. We don’t quite beat the rain as we pass a large fleet heading out to race.
We stop at Port Hamble to refuel (114 litre)
